SCHOOL GOVERNING BODY

School Governing Body (SGB)

The School Governing Body (SGB) stands as the cornerstone of our educational community, dedicated to upholding the school’s values and mission. Its primary aim is to enhance the quality of education, ensuring that the institution remains a nurturing space for growth, learning, and excellence.

The SGB serves as a bridge between the various stakeholders in the school community:

  • Parents who are actively involved in their children’s education;

  • Educators who are at the forefront of classroom teaching and

  • Non-educational staff, including administrative and support personnel, all of whom contribute to the
    overall success of our school.

Through collaborative efforts with these stakeholders, the SGB ensures the smooth running of the daily operations of the school, while also identifying and planning future projects. The SGB’s proactive engagement in the establishment of the school’s policies, initiatives and resource allocation, cultivates an environment in which learners can excel holistically.

The SGB comprises five parent representatives, the school principal, two educators and one non-educator.
